1st Week:
When I went to take pictures for my concentration, I had no idea what my theme was so I just took random pictures outside of my house. After I figured out what I wanted my theme to be, I decided these pictures could work as the rural component.
Very clearly explained concentration idea. You just need to add the principles of design you will use to communicate your ideas. These images are a great start. They have contrast, space and repetition and definitely communicate a sense of place. I like that you explored both detail shots and landscape.
ReplyDeleteI like the simplicity and lack of color in your pictures. I know the snowy landscape contributes to this. Maybe, you can add more color to the rual setting and some to the urban as well.

ReplyDeleteI really like the strong connection between all of your photos and the story they tell. The uniform setting of the snow displays different moods (loneliness, new beginnings, etc...) among all the pictures. They are very simple, yet strong.

I love the orcahrd pictures, the colors are very sharp and make the images look really detailed.
